J.L. Oakheart is a Texas native writer with a passion for dark fantasy. His love for science fiction and fantasy began when he first read about Middle-earth, Hyboria, and Arrakis. Those places left quite an impression on him. His passion for writing about far-away worlds grew until he published his first novel. J. L. Oakheart lives in the land of Robert E. Howard (Texas) with his lovely wife, four cats, and two dogs.
